1: How to request for a tutor ?
Ans: To request for a tutor, all you need to do is to contact us at 6726 2008 / 9880 2208 or you
may submit a request through our online form.
2: How long it takes for onetuition.com to shortlist a tutor for me ?
Ans: Upon you request, it takes around 48hrs or less to shortlist a list of tutors for your selection.
If you submitted a request through our online form, our coordinator will contact you within 24hrs
or less.
3. Is there any additional charges if i engage a tutor through onetuition.com ?
Ans: No, we charge fifty percents of first month's tuition fee as commission from the tutor.
Example: Monthly tuition fee is $200. On the 2nd week of employment, we will collect $100 of the
monthly tuition fee from you, the remaining $100 of the monthly tuition fee will be payable by you
to the tutor on the 4th week of employment.
4. How do i make payment to onetuition.com ?
Ans: We will send someone to collect from you after the 2nd week of tuition or you may make a
bank transfer to our POSB/UOB bank account.
5. Can i change the tutor if i find that he/she is not suitable ?
Ans: Yes, you can.
